Hamid Nazari is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PESHGAM CONSULTING LLC, a professional services firm dedicated to providing practical, reliable, and detail-focused support to individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and organizations.

With an MBA and a diverse professional background spanning business administration, legal operations, institutional management, and client services, Mr. Nazari combines strategic business knowledge with hands-on experience in complex administrative environments. His approach is grounded in organization, accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to client service.

Before establishing Peshgam Consulting, Mr. Nazari spent nearly four years working closely with legal counsel in litigation-related environments. During this time, he supported complex case operations, document preparation and organization, records management, administrative coordination, and procedural requirements. This experience strengthened his ability to work with sensitive information, manage detailed documentation, and maintain accuracy in demanding professional environments.

Mr. Nazari's experience also includes administrative and operational responsibilities within academic institutions and international nonprofit organizations. Through these roles, he developed extensive experience in organizational administration, compliance procedures, stakeholder communication, documentation, and operational coordination.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a strong foundation in strategic management, organizational leadership, business development, and operational efficiency.

Mr. Nazari recognized that individuals and businesses often face complicated forms, documentation, government processes, business requirements, and administrative responsibilities without knowing where to begin.
